The FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI LEEDA) and the Texas Host Committee invite companies and other organizations to participate in the 2012 Annual Executive Training Conference and to exhibit at the three-day Law Enforcement Exhibition.  The exhibit opportunities and benefits are outlined in this package. 

This is a very special opportunity to network up-close and personal with law enforcement executives representing hundreds of agencies at all levels of government throughout the United States.  The exhibition is limited to 50 vendors and includes one-on-one interaction with all delegates inside the exhibition area and during all delegate training sessions, meal functions and evening social events.

Attendee Profile The Annual FBI LEEDA Conference is expected to attract more than 500 attendees who are agency decision makers. Conference delegates are largely chiefs of police and heads of law enforcement agencies.  They are continually looking for new and innovative products and/or services available to the law enforcement community.

  • FBI LEEDA will assign exhibit space based on availability (vendors may request specific areas)
  • Booths may be ordered on a first come first served basis beginning November 1, 2011.
  • Payment is required at time of ordering (check payments are sent directly to the FBI LEEDA Executive Office)
Vendor Promotional Opportunities The following programs are planned for this exhibition and may be subject to an additional fee.
  • Vendor Directory (complimentary) - including company and contact description detail posted on the conference website (multiple eBlasts to registered attendees encouraging website visits) and at least one eBlast to all registered attendees with hard copy document of all vendor listings (complimentary)
  • Vendor representative networking with delegates during breakfasts, lunches and receptions (complimentary)
  • Promotional material in delegate registration bag – requests may be made with the conference planner for consideration and details
Space Ordering & Assignment Exhibit spaces at this conference are very limited.

Payment Payment in full must be made in order to confirm an exhibit space.  Reservations may be made by contacting the Conference Planner.  The FBI LEEDA accepts checks as payments, which are mailed directly to the Executive Office, 5 Great Valley Parkway, Suite 125, Malvern, PA 19355.
Exhibitor Registration & Badges All exhibitor representatives must register and obtain an official Conference exhibitor badge.  Badges must be displayed at all times during the Conference (including training sessions, networking/social events and meal functions).

Vendor representatives must pick up badges on-site at the exhibitor registration booth and must show proof of affiliation with the exhibiting company (business card is acceptable identification).

Exhibit Schedule The exhibition schedule is to be designed to encourage delegates to engage in the exhibition.  Efforts are to be made to schedule the exhibit time not to compete with training sessions or leisure activities.

About FBI LEEDA FBI – LEEDA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization with a membership base consisting of chief executive officers of law enforcement agencies, directors and commissioners of public safety, and elected sheriffs throughout the United States and numerous foreign countries. One of the requirements for active membership in FBI - LEEDA is to have participated in a Command Institute for Law Enforcement Executives or the LEEDS training program at the FBI Academy or one of the twenty-three regional FBI Command Colleges located throughout the United States. Members of the Association consist mostly of decision-makers from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. In addition to FBI – LEEDA’s mission of leadership and management training excellence, the Association strives to provide information to its members which will enhance their ability to maintain an outstanding quality of life in the communities in which they serve.
